How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see that you are considering to cancel your subscription.

If you wish to cancel, please send an email to support@tradifyhq.com and we'll get this processed for you. 

 

Once your subscription has been cancelled, your account will no longer be accessible. Pease make sure you have exported any required information from your account before cancelling.

Jobs can be exported to CSV File by going to Jobs > Options > Export to File

Invoices can be exported to CSV File by going to Invoices > Options > Export to File



Customers can be exported to CSV File by going to Customers > Import/Export > Export Customers to File



Suppliers can be exported to a CSV File by going to Suppliers > Import/Export > Export Suppliers to File



Price List Items can be exported to a CSV File by going to Settings > Price List > Import/Export > Export Price List to File

 

Please note: We bill monthly in arrears so you will receive one final invoice for the portion of the month up to the date you cancel your subscription, which will be deducted from your credit card accordingly.
