Tradify requires a CSV format file (Comma Separated Values) to import Price lists. The extension should be .csv but it can also be .txt, however, it must still be compiled in a comma separated value format when it was generated by your supplier.
We have attached a sample file for reference purposes. Not all columns need to be populated. The essential ones are Item Code, Description, Buy Price. The rest are optional and the GST and Account Code columns need only be entered if they are different to the defaults that have been set under your account settings. On the Price List Import Sample file look out for the comments on some of the field headings for more information.
