Can I merge customers in Tradify?

Unfortunately this is not currently possible in Tradify, however, we are planning to offer this in a future release.

In the interim, if you have two customers that are the same and both have invoices, quotes, purchase orders or Jobs assigned to them, then you can simply change the customer record on each of the current Jobs or Documents, (not including Invoices that have already been sent to the Accounting System).  Any Document that is in Draft status can be changed and altered in any way.  

Once you have changed the customer records on the Jobs and Documents to the one you wish to maintain going forward, then archive the redundant account by opening the Customer record and click on the Options > Archive Customer.
